The project MEMEL CITY is being developed in the territory on the right bank of the river Dange, at the address of Naujoji Uosto street 3, Klaipeda. The territory covers more than 5 ha.
The primary strategy for the development of the territory includes several main directions: a tourist attraction center with new and preserved cultural heritage objects; a complex of administrative buildings adapted for both large and small businesses; service businesses - restaurants, boutiques, beauty salons; open recreation and entertainment area.
