The area will be transformed into a new point of attraction and the shopping, entertainment and business centre.
During the first stage of development of the territory, 20 thousand square meters of space will be built for trade, culture and leisure. The area will have fountain square, convertible into an open skating rink in the winter.
From the square visitors will access covered spaces and galleries – a food store, a cinema, galleries or other spaces.
The territory will be decorated with a clock, a famous highlight of Klaipeda, with the restaurant.
